He has also been involved in the incorporation of a subsidiary for oil and gas prospecting purposes and provided legal advice to energy companies on negotiations, concessions, and exploration agreements.
Have contributed to legislative processes, such as advising on the drafting of water supply and sanitation laws, drafting the Civil Aviation Law in collaboration with IATA, and providing recommendations on various laws, including Petrol Law, Stamp Duty Code, and Financial Institution Legislation.
